Abstract

Each person is a complex being who needs very simple things such as understanding, listening and kindness, but sometimes does not find it. Throughout the Nursing career, we have been taught to see the patient as a being full of needs, which are not limited to physical needs, but cover an endless number of areas that cannot be perceived with the naked eye and that require attention that goes beyond the "reason for consultation or physical pain". This story takes place in a gynecology service, where there was a young melancholic woman, who at every moment cried incessantly, many thought it was because of her illness, but what no one knew was that behind her pain, there was a mystery that gradually destroyed her soul and condemned her to suffer.
