En la negociación son las mismas partes quienes resuelven el conflicto, en el presente artículo de investigación analizaremos la negociación y específicamente la negociación según la estrategia empleada, es decir, la negociación distributiva y la negociación colaborativa o integrativa como mecanismos alternos de resolución de conflicto, Este artículo de investigación forma parte del informe final del Proyecto Registrado intitulado: “El Manejo y la Transformación de los Conflictos y su Relación con los Medios de Resolución de Conflicto” que fue aprobado por el mencionado organismo el 9 de marzo de 2016, Nº de Registro VAC-CONDES-CH- 0175-16 de fecha 11 de marzo de 2016, adscrito a la Sección de Metodología Jurídica del Instituto de Filosofía del Derecho de la Facultad de Ciencias Jurí-dicas y Políticas de la Universidad del Zulia.La metodología de investigación empleada es documental.</p><p>Abstrac.</p><p>The present article shows and analyzes the results obtained from the research "Design of a strategic plan for the area of extension and social projection of the Business Administration program of the University of Sucre" taking as refe-rence the Model for a university reform on the Responsibility Social University (RSU) of François Valleys and its subs-tantive functions, management, teaching, research and extension. In the research a descriptive model was used, where we worked with a survey, focus group and interview that was applied to the various stakeholders (students, administrators, graduates, teaching and non-teaching staff) of the Business Administration program of the University of Sucre, in addition to a documentary review. The results showed that the stakeholders lack knowledge about the variables and the pragmatic axes such as, responsible campus, citizen and responsible education, social participation and knowledge management, for which the strategic plan was designed as the final product of the research</p> ER -
